PROJECT SUMMARY
Developmened a twenty minute video that will assist cattlemen in producing and marketing their cattle.
The video will be given free to three thousand cattle producers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Producers will gain knowledge of cattle grading, selling cattle on the grid, and how alliances could be beneficial. This will allow producers to better understand markets; therefore, allowing them to make better production decisions. This information may lead to different breeding practices. By learning grid marketing, the cattlemen who raise superior cattle will have an opportunity to sell fat cattle above the cash market price.

By learning about cattle alliances, producer will be able to understand different ways of marketing. By joining together with other producers, cattlemen can have leverage with the packers.

This video is vital for many small to medium sized cattle producers.
