PROJECT SUMMARY
Cooperators from the six states that helped develop RightRisk and who are currently offering workshops with it will enhance our educational materials and expand the program offerings. With other grant funds we have purchased portable computer labs and have developed a popular and effective risk management workshop. After a year of offering the program, we plan to develop: train-the-trainer materials, additional decision case-scenarios relevant to western producers, user-friendly, in-depth risk management education programs using RightRisk, and to expand our regional coverage.

Specifically, the educational products of this project will improve management and decision-making skills and increase confidence, as well as, train participants to use information about the risk-bearing capacity of the farm/ranch in alternative decision-making frameworks.
