PROJECT SUMMARY
This project will focus on promoting improved marketing and management skills needed by Idaho grain producers to successfully compete in highly competitive global markets. We will build on a three-year foundation of barley/grain risk management educational actvities that have successfully reached more than 650 Idaho grain producers in direct training and more than 6,500 producers in direct mail newsletters. This year we will focus on advanced marketing information, skills and actions, including the development and execution of marketing plans, evaluation of new marketing and enterprise opportunities and strategies and improved management decision-making.
