Conference Registration
The Pre-Conference registration fee includes admission to the Pre-Conference Seminar on Monday, March 30th, handouts, and an afternoon break.
The Conference registration fee includes admission to all sessions beginning Tuesday, March 31st, continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, breaks both days, and lunch and an evening reception on Tuesday.
Online registration may be completed through this site (late fees will be added to registration costs beginning March 7). When registering online, please be sure to “Print Your Order Confirmation”, as this document is your receipt.
If necessary, registration may be completed by U.S. Mail or Fax, but please note that an additional $10 processing fee will apply. Please follow the link below to the form, which must be printed and then either mailed or faxed as indicated.
Check-in will be available for registered conference participants on Monday, March 30th, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., and will continue on Tuesday morning beginning at 7:15 a.m.
Travel Assistance
A limited amount of travel assistance is available through the regional Extension Risk Management Education Centers. Please contact your regional Center for availability and additional information.

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored if received seven full working days prior to the conference. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. The hosting organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is cancelled or postponed, the hosting organization will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
