Review of Presentations

A peer review committee will consider each presentation proposal that was submitted by the deadline of January 7, 2010. Decisions will be made in mid-January, at which time presenters will be notified.

Guidelines for Concurrent Presentation Speakers and Poster Authors

Workshop and poster presenters will be expected to register for and participate in the entire Women in Agriculture Conference (March 24 & 25, 2010). Keeping in mind the need for advance travel arrangements, please note that the conference will begin early on the morning of March 24 and conclude on March 25 at noon, and the pre-conference seminar will take place on the afternoon of March 23rd.

Concurrent session presenters should be prepared to submit an electronic copy of their presentation prior to the conference. Further instructions will be provided at a later date.
